Sunny Certification
Phil Forest, the lead photovoltaic system designer and installer at South Mountain Company in West Tisbury, recently passed the North American board of certified energy practitioners exam and is now a NABCEP certified solar electric installer. Phil is the only NABCEP certified solar electric installer on the Vineyard, and one of less than a hundred in New England.
Ingrid Marie Ganske and Christopher Rangeley Looney were married Saturday, Sept. 18 at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown. The bride’s uncle, Randall Ross, officiated.
Dr. Ganske, 30, is a second-year resident in Harvard’s Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Program in Boston. She graduated summa cum laude from Princeton and earned a medical degree at Harvard Medical School. She also holds a Masters of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she was a Zuckerman Fellow.
Hello, Quinn
Beth and John Johnson of Tisbury announce the birth of a daughter, Quinn Margaret Johnson, born on Nov. 19, 2010, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Quinn weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces at birth. She is welcomed too by her siblings, Cooper, Connor, Maggie, Hanni, Cully, Katie and Willa.

Evelyn Arrives
Angie Francis and James Moffatt of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Evelyn James Moffatt, born on Nov. 20, 2010, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Evelyn weighed 8 pounds at birth.
