It’s time again for the 17th annual Manhattan Short Film Festival. It is billed as the world’s first global film festival.

The surf-meets-art event in Chilmark provides a free opportunity to experience surf, music, art, food and film from around the world. The day kicks off with an end-of-season beach party.
