The Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank Commission’s hunting subcommittee will hold a public meeting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8 at the land bank offices on Main street in Edgartown.

Clover Catherine Briggs was born Sept. 27 at home in West Tisbury to Nick and Tracy Briggs, weighing 8.2 pounds. She is also welcomed by grandparents Mary Vivian and Kirk Briggs, and Bill and Tricia Meyers, and by great-grandparents Anita Vivian, and Catherine and Peter Atanasio.
