A sole applicant is in the running in Edgartown’s second search for someone to lease and renovate the Yellow House.
A Boston man was arraigned in Edgartown district court Tuesday morning on several rape charges after allegedly assaulting an Oak Bluffs woman in Chilmark.
Bryant K. Brown, 33, of Boston was charged with eight counts, including assault to murder, assault to rape, three counts of aggravated rape, kidnapping and indecent assault and battery on a disabled person.
The victim was a 28-year-old disabled woman, assistant district attorney Laura Marshard said.
