Wendell (Leo) Frame was found not guilty Friday on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person older than 14 after a two-day jury trial in Edgartown district court.
A 21-year-old man turned himself in to police Tuesday after allegedly breaking into Alley’s General Store over the weekend, police said. Police said Geoffrey B. McCullough of Hingham will be charged with breaking and entering, malicious destruction of property and larceny.
