On the way out her apartment door in Boston for Christmas vacation, Caitlin Hawke grabbed the mail and started sifting through it on the elevator, suitcase at her side.

One letter in particular got her attention.

Ultimate Frisbee

With the summer Olympics approaching, one might be aiming for a sedentary approach to sport. Watch, watch and watch some more the best athletes in the word perform. But hopefully, all that sport will inspire a pro-active approach.

The Vineyard offers ample opportunity to run, jump, hit, swing or swim. This summer, frisbee fans need not look glum, either.
