The front steps of the Agricultural Hall were filled with boxes of fresh produce and coolers of meat Monday afternoon at the Free Farmers’ Market.

The Project Vine Pantry at the regional high school began as a pilot program last year to help fight food insecurity among the student population. On Thursday, Stop & Shop donated $12,500 and 100 turkeys to the program.

The African American Heritage Trail is traveling across the Sound. On Tuesday, Nov. 18, in partnership with the Marine Biological Laboratory (MBL) in Woods Hole and Falmouth Public Schools, the trail will dedicate its 42nd site.
