The chair of the Tisbury select board is facing new charges for allegedly assaulting a police officer who was trying to serve her trespassing papers, according to police and court records.
A state police spokesman on Wednesday said Christina Colarusso, 35, of Tisbury, was issued a criminal summons on charges of breaking and entering a vessel and trespassing stemming from an incident last week.
