The 50K or 100K routes take cyclists along the Atlantic Ocean, Nantucket Sound, rolling farmland and state forests. Registration fees are $100 for new riders or $90 for past participants as they ride for a cause — proceeds benefit the charities of the event’s sponsor, the Rotary Club of Martha’s Vineyard.

The fee includes a T-shirt, aid stations and a post-ride barbecue.
