A cast of musical Islanders is bringing the spirit of Peter, Paul and Mary to the Island on May 27.
The All Island Junior High Band, consisting of seventh and eighth grade band students from across the Island, received a gold medal.
When the Minnesingers walked on stage Sunday the audience applauded. When the red curtain rose, alumni of all ages took the stage.
This weekend, the Minnesingers will be joined by nearly 100 returning alumni in two concerts at the Performing Arts Center to celebrate the groups fiftieth season.
