Two students at the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School won national gold medals at the 2025 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.

A total of 20 students from Martha’s Vineyard earned recognition for their work in this year’s Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, an annual statewide competition since 1923.

Sixteen regional high school students won a total of 22 awards at the 2024 Massachusetts Scholastic Art Awards.

A total of 19 student artists received acclaim this week, winning a combined 24 awards for their creative submissions to the 2023 Scholastic Art Awards competition.

Connecting with a goat, a strange pond creature, a juvenile perspective and beauty in the eye of the beholder all earned Vineyard students Gold Key awards in the Scholastic Art competition.

Students from the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School have received 42 nominations in the 2021 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.
