Chilmark preschool director Heather Quinn will become early childhood programs director following the retirement of long time director Debbie Milne.

With strong demand for preschool education across the Island, more programs are being planned, including a nature-based preschool at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary in Edgartown.
