The Outermost Inn in Aquinnah received approval from the Martha’s Vineyard Commission Thursday to erect a large metal canopy for an expanded patio.
Outermost Inn owner Hugh Taylor is seeking to expand the inn's patio by 12 feet and install an arched, corrugated-steel canopy that won’t need to be taken down on windy days.
From the middle of May until Columbus Day, you can find Hugh and Jeanne Taylor standing side by side cooking breakfast at the Outermost Inn.
