Connecticut state police say charges are pending against Jared Ravizza after a man was found dead in Deep River, Conn. Mr. Ravizza was arraigned Tuesday for stabbing McDonald's employees in Plymouth.
Police took Jared Ravizza, 26, of Chilmark, into custody Saturday night after he allegedly stabbed four children at a movie theatre in Braintree and two employees at a rest stop McDonald’s in Plymouth. He was arrested in Sandwich after he crashed a Porsche while fleeing police.
Police arrested Brian Covington, 29, around 10 a.m. at a house on Pequot avenue, according to state police.
The state medical examiner’s office has determined that the death of Tafari Campbell last month was an accidental drowning, officials said Tuesday.
State police Tuesday said they are not considering the death of Tafari Campbell, who was found in Edgartown Great Pond earlier this week, suspicious. A post-mortem examination by the state medical examiner found no external trauma or injuries.
Omar Johnson signed a plea agreement with prosecutors in late March, saying he would plead guilty to charges in connection with the armed robbery of a Rockland Trust Bank.
