A brass band rendition of Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix filled the Tabernacle in Oak Bluffs Sunday afternoon as the Island gathered to celebrate graduation.
Kyle Taylor Altieri graduated on Sept. 14 from the State Police Municipal Academy in New Braintree.
With optimism and solemn remembrance, the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School class of 2018 graduated Sunday at the Tabernacle.
The student body president and senior class valedictorian both give a speech at the regional high school graduation. Rose Engler fills both those roles.
On Sunday, June 10, the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School will celebrate the accomplishments of the class of 2018 — a group of 146 seniors described as “kind,” “innovative,” and “well-rounded.”
In a class so small everyone is on the same group text, seniors at the Martha’s Vineyard Public Charter School said they’ve formed deep bonds.
