The jury trial for Romane Clayton and Miquel Jones, two men who were arrested for allegedly robbing the Rockland Trust Bank, is now scheduled for Oct. 7, nearly a year after the initial trial date.

Petar Petyoshin, who was arrested in May for stealing more than $21,000 from the Davis Straits Rockland Trust, was also given five years of supervised release by U.S. District Court judge Angel Kelly at his sentencing Monday. 

John Rose pleaded not guilty Monday in Edgartown District Court to a charge of photographing, videotaping, or electronically surveilling a partially nude or nude persons. He was released on $10,000 bail and ordered to wear a tracking device.

The West Tisbury fire department placed John Rose on indefinite suspension in mid-December, after a court granted a harassment prevention order against the former Oak Bluffs fire chief.
