The Taste of the Vineyard Gourmet Stroll drew big crowds with big appteties to the Dr. Daniel Fisher House on June 14. Revelers enjoyed bits from restaurants around the Island, as well as music from the Sultans of Swing. The following day, the Martha’s Vineyard Preservation Trust raised $350,000 at a donor's gala, thanks in large part to a $120,000 bid for a Ray Ellis painting of Edgartown Habor. The money is used for the conservation of its historic buildings and properties across the Island.
