Long Point Wildlife Refuge hosted Seaside Saturday this past weekend, with crafts, self-guided scavenger hunts and plenty of wildlife viewing. Despite high winds, birders and hikers explored the over 600-acre refuge under bright blue skies. Visitors with a sharp eye were treated to a snowy owl sitting in the dunes beside the ocean.
