On Saturday at the Evening of Discovery, the Martha’s Vineyard Museum’s annual opening of summer party and fundraiser, white flags billowed on stately sailcloth tents, and festive lights twinkled under the tent’s ceilings. The event took place on the museum's grounds overlooking the Lagoon on a sparkling June afternoon and night.
