The Island landscape is slowly greening and dotted with hardy spring bulbs just beginning to show their flowers. It will be many weeks still before we put away the polar fleece but you can feel the warmth in the air when the sun is shining.

This is one of the best times of the year to walk in the woods, and the Vineyard is lucky to have so many beautiful conservation properties for such walking.
