Better Late Than Never, Tricks and Treats Fill the Streets
Pumpkins were carved, costumes were made, and plans were made. Unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans for Halloween. On Saturday, ghouls and goblins filled the streets of Vineyard Haven, filling bags belatedly with treats.
