The annual Martha's Vineyard Rod and Gun Club kids' trout tournament brings young anglers and their families out to Duarte's Pond in West Tisbury in the wee hours to stake out a prime fishing spot. At first light the rods come out as kids view for the biggest catch of the day. The 42nd annual tournament took place under gray skies, but hot dogs for breakfast and fishing fever kept spirits high.
