David Nathans, departing executive director of the Martha’s Vineyard Museum, has won an Excellence Award for his work at the museum.
Under Mr. Nathan’s leadership the museum embarked on an ambitious $24 million project that involves a new campus, the renovation of the 1895 Vineyard Haven Marine Hospital, and the establishment of a $4.5 million endowment.
Winners were recognized at the 97th Annual NEMA Conference in Portland, Maine on Nov. 6, 2015.
