I grew up in a small community in Illinois. After leaving I came to Martha’s Vineyard and proceeded to bounce around.
Barry D. Roy of Chilmark died on August 9.
I seem compelled every few years to write a love letter to the Gazette. Today, at home in Connecticut, I was reading the Sept. 13 issue.
The SSA has been encroaching on and abusing Woods Hole since 1960.
We participated in the protest at the West Tisbury Library for Alan Dershowitz’s book talk.
I want to thank Beth Kramer and the West Tisbury Free Public Library for having the courage to host Alan Dershowitz last week.
