Colleen Morris, the sitting Oak Bluffs town clerk, plans to resign in the new year, but will serve as the acting clerk until the spring election. 

The select board will interview Sonia Alves-Viveiros and Joseph J. LaCivita at noon on Wednesday for the town’s top post, with current town administrator John (Jay) Grande set to step down at the end of the year.
