What a beautiful week. All my favorites are blooming. There is an ancient redbud in front of the Edgartown Fire Station.
Last spring just as my apple trees burst into full bloom. The very next day those flowers were completely gone and were hideous brown spots.
Here it is — the end of a chilly, rainy week. The sun came out Monday and everything is beginning to jump out of the ground.
I am not a traveler. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my two weeks in Italy, I am now hopelessly behind.
Let me start right off with “There’s no place like home.” This is regardless of a lovely 12 days in Italy.
The spring hunting season for wild turkey begins on April 25. It is a short, four-week season.
