Fresh produce, flowers, lemonade, egg rolls, coffee and Kevin Keady on guitar with some haybales to sit back and enjoy the show with — it can only mean one thing. Bye, bye bunnies! All the rabbits at the Animal Shelter of Martha’s Vineyard are hopping down the bunny trail to new homes this week. Think how much good luck they will bring to their new families with all those rabbit feet in the house. The adorable orange kitties have been adopted by the same person. That beautiful mother cat who delivered her litter of five under a house in Edgartown is weaning her lively brood.

The route would take them through 20 miles of land bank trails, ancient byways, paved roads and some private properties from Katama to Lambert’s Cove Beach.
