Cute report on Alley's. Years ago I worked at Mount Sinai Hospital with Dr. Charlie Parton who bought Alley's after he retired from the hospital. Complete 180 career change. I heard after that he bought a goat farm. Wonderful, interesting man.

Robert Cox

Alley's, along with 20 other historic buildings and 4 gardens (Flying Horses, Daniel Fisher House, Old Whaling Church, Grange Hall, Union Chapel and Carnegie Library, currently under renovation and others) are all owned and maintained by The MARTHA'S VINEYARD PRESERVATION TRUST for the use of everyone on the Island. Too bad the graphic report left that important fact out.
