Bryan J. Hancsin, 38, and David V. Hedley 3rd, 46, will marry on Saturday, August 8, at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown. Their friend, Thomas F. Durein, will officiate the ceremony. Bryan’s parents, Monica and Jeff Hancsin, live in Ringoes, N.J., and David’s parents, Michele and David Hedley, live in Morristown, N.J. and Edgartown. The reception will be held on Herring Creek Farm.

Bryan and David met on Herring Creek Farm in July 2012. At the time, Bryan lived in New Jersey and worked at Novo Nordisk as senior brand manager, while David lived in San Francisco and was an investment banker with Canaccord Genuity.

The couple now lives together in San Francisco. Bryan leads digital operations at Gilead Sciences and David is a senior managing director with Ernst & Young Capital Advisors. Despite living in San Francisco, Bryan and David frequently travel back to Martha’s Vineyard to spend time with family and friends at their home in Katama.
