Vineyard Open House Real Estate offers a look at everything from financing to flood insurance as it hosts information sessions on Fridays in March.

On Friday, March 27, Ken Romero of MV Insurance will address The New Flood Zones and You at Vineyard Open House’s Real Estate Roadshow. This is the fourth in a month-long series of public information events, and it will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at 10 Union street in Vineyard Haven.

Mr. Romero’s focus will be on the newly expanded flood zones and how they can have an exponential effect on homeowner insurance rates.
