Thanks to all who celebrated and supported Della Hardman Day 2014, the 10th annual event sponsored by the town of Oak Bluffs. As noted in the Vineyard Gazette July 25 editorial, “the weekend has become a celebration of Della and has transcended her.”

The crowds are indeed inspired by her favorite phrase, savor the moment. Plan now to join us on July 25, 2015 for a festive occasion reaffirming that we are all one on this magical Island.

Over the years, it has been wonderful to see and experience the popularity and growth of Della Hardman Day. It is the kind of event that is born of love, respect and the need to acknowledge talent. An instant Vineyard tradition in every way. Hope I will be around for the next 10!
