JoAnn Bernedette Chaunce, of West Chester, Pa. and Oak Bluffs, died on Oct. 6 surrounded by her family.

A memorial service will be held at the Temenos Retreat Center in West Chester, Pa. on Oct. 29 at 6 p.m.
