A graveside service for Francis R. Bernard will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m. in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Pacific avenue in Oak Bluffs. It will be officiated by Rev. Joseph Pasala with military honors provided by the Veterans of Martha’s Vineyard.
