On Jan. 8, Maj(s) Evan Patrick McCarthy, USSF, and his wife, Elizabeth Clare McCarthy (née Leader), welcomed their son Teague Daniel Patrick McCarthy into their family.

On Jan. 8, Maj(s) Evan Patrick McCarthy, USSF, and his wife, Elizabeth Clare McCarthy (née Leader), welcomed their son Teague Daniel Patrick McCarthy into their family and the MacCarthy Reagh clan.

Teague weighed 5 pounds 13 ounces and measured 18.5 inches at birth.

Teague is happily received by his grandfather Mark and step-grandmother Christina McCarthy of Oak Bluffs; his grandmother Claire McCarthy (née Lansing) of Rochester, New York; and grandparents Daniel and Sally Leader of Falmouth. Elizabeth and Teague are doing well, and the family is grateful for the many kind wishes and prayers they have received.
