The president and CEO of Cape Air Linda Markham will be retiring in 2026, according to a press release Friday.

Ms. Markham has been with the airline company for 25 years. Current CFO Mike Migliore will become the president and is expected to take over the CEO role when Ms. Markham retires.
“Linda leaves behind a legacy of supporting and putting women in aviation at the forefront of the industry, strategic foresight, and a deep commitment to both Cape Air employees and customers,” the press release stated.
Mr. Migliore has been a large part of the airline’s planning strategy, according to Ms. Markham.
“His leadership and deep commitment to our core values have played a pivotal role in our continued success,” she said in the press release.
As part of the transition, Dan Wolf has stepped down as a board member of Cape Air, and will become a senior strategic consultant to the company, focusing on emerging technologies and fleet optimization.
