Sept. 2

Svetoslav Bogdanov, 26, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Sept. 2 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on a household or family member and assault and battery on a pregnant victim. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on Sept. 12.

Cesar D. Silva, 23, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Sept. 2 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery and disorderly conduct. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on Nov. 14.

Sept. 12

Susan. M. McHugh, 59, of Edgartown, was arraigned on a Sept. 12 charge in Edgartown of assault and battery on a household or family member. Her bail was set at $200 and she has a pretrial hearing scheduled for Nov. 10.

Sept. 15

Rian Barros, 24, of Edgartown, was arraigned on Sept. 15 charges in West Tisbury of operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. His bail was set at $100 and he has a pretrial hearing on Nov. 14.
