Nicole and Lance Fullin, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a daughter, Chloe Jae Fullin, born on Sept. 5 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Chloe weighed 5 pounds, 13 ounces at birth. She joins big sister Harper and Riley the dog at home.
