The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

July 7

Renata L. Deoliveira, 49, of Framingham, was arraigned on July 7 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop. He bail was set at $200 and she has a August 7.

David N. Rodrigues, 21, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on July 7 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on a family or household member, witness intimidation, kidnapping, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. His bail was set at $2,500 and he has a pretrial hearing scheduled for August 8.

Dino V. Ferrini, 29, of Westford, was arraigned on July 7 charges in Edgartown of photographing sexual or intimate parts and disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on August 11.

Griffin N. Riley, 28, of Tuscon, Az., was arraigned on July 7 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and improper operation of a motor vehicle. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on August 7.

July 8

Meirilucia Nunes, 44, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on July 8 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Her bail was set at $100 and she has a pretrial hearing scheduled for July 17.

Shane K. True, 43, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on July 8 charges in Tisbury of assault and battery on a family or household member. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on August 7.

July 11

Marizete S. Costa, 41, of Edgartown, was arraigned on July 11 charges in Chilmark of operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He bail was set at $100 and she has a pretrial hearing on August 8.

Gislene R. Ferreira, 41, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on May 29 charges in Tisbury of reckless endangerment of a child. She was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing scheduled on August 15.
