The Great Pond Foundation is hosting a an open house and tour of it new laboratory in Vineyard Haven on Friday, May 23 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

There will be activities for all ages, including looking at samples under a microscope, analyzing the biology and chemistry of pond waters from across the Island, and learning about the tools and techniques used to study local waters.

The office is located on the second floor of 21 Mechanic Street, Vineyard Haven.
