Until the Steamship Authority brings it’s record of year-round service to 98 per cent reliability moving forward the new terminal building which will be located in Woods Hole should be put on a hold until service perimeters are met. The board and administration must be taught an elemental lesson which is rewards come from good work.

It is terrible how the board including our board member from Martha’s Vineyard, have let us collectively down.
