The up-Island council on aging is planning a series of focus groups in the coming weeks to hear feedback from residents about aging on Martha’s Vineyard. The groups are part of a needs assessment survey being done in collaboration with the UMass Boston. The focus groups are open to all.

The schedule is as follows: Wednesday, Sept. 25, noon to 1 p.m. at the Aquinnah town hall; again on the same day, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the tri-town meeting room in Chilmark; Thursday, Sept. 26, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Howes House in West Tisbury.
