Gentil Mendes, 29, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on June 24 charges in Tisbury of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and license not in possession. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on August 9.

Josiel DaSilva, 38, of East Falmouth, was arraigned on a June 12 charge in Oak Bluffs of threatening to commit a crime. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on August 23.
