Kevin James McCabe proposed to Lily Angela Oksanen in Aquinnah.

Ms. Oksanen is the daughter of Tish and Thomas Oksanen of Sudbury. She graduated with a degree in communications and is employed with the Kraft Group.

Mr. McCabe is the son of Brian McCabe and Kristi Jo Weber McCabe of Kingston N.Y., Edgartown, and Stuart, Fla. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston with a degree in civil engineering, and is employed with the DPW of Sudbury as director of operations.

The couple is planning a wedding for 2023.
