The League of Women Voters of Martha’s Vineyard has announced a series of candidate forums prior to town elections. Co-sponsored by MVTV, the forums will be broadcast live and available for streaming afterward. The public is invited to tune in and listen to local candidates as they present their positions.

Candidates for the Chilmark board of health, Jan Buhrman and Curtis Cetrulo, are scheduled to appear March 31 at 7 p.m. 

Jason Balboni, Emma Greenbeach and Richard Michaelson, candidates for the Oak Bluffs select board, are scheduled for April 8 at 7 p.m. 

Forums for Aquinnah and Tisbury will be announced once nominations have closed in those towns. There are no contested races in Edgartown or West Tisbury.
