The Social Dilemma: The Technology That Connects Us Also Controls Us, a new documentary about the link between social media and mental health, streams free on Zoom Jan. 29 at 6:30 p.m.

Sponsored by the Island Wide Youth Collaborative, NAMI of Cape and the Islands and the Youth Task Force, Friday's screening will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with the film's screenwriter, Vickie Curtis; digital literacy expert Diana Graber, author of Raising Humans in a Digital World; clinical psychologist Jessica Fortunato and Slow Tech Movement founder Janell Burley Hofmann, according to an announcement from the youth collaborative.
