Franklin street traffic will be reduced to one lane at the Church street intersection beginning at 7 a.m.

Emergency road work at the intersection of Franklin and Church in Vineyard Haven starts Monday morning, according to an announcement on the Tisbury town website.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane during construction hours, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
