Keepers of the Light, a documentary about the Gay Head Light by Islanders Liz Witham and Ken Wentworth, will be shown by American Public Television on public stations nationwide starting May 19, according to an announcement from the filmmakers.

The film is also available to rent online at watch.keepersofthelightfilm.com, with streaming proceeds through May 7 to benefit the lighthouse. Online viewers will also receive an invitation to a May 7 launch party on Zoom with special guests including lighthouse historians and Wampanoag tribal members.
