Team Lunch Ladies from Martha’s Vineyard will assemble a salad in a moving aerial tram car during tonight’s episode of the Great Food Truck Race on the Food Network, according to a preview in the Palm Springs Desert Sun.

The team led by West Tisbury School chef Jenny DeVivo also must whip up a dish with a surprise ingredient, and compete against four other food trucks to make the most money selling their daily menu in Palm Springs, Calif. The team that makes the least money each week is dropped from the show.

The Vineyard team ended last week in second place for the episode. The series was recorded last summer and new episodes screen at 9 p.m. Thursday, preceded at 8 p.m. by the previous week’s show.
