Tisbury’s March 5 vision forum on the upcoming town meeting warrant has changed locations.

The public discussion will begin at 5 p.m. at the Tisbury Senior Center, covering the following topics:

• The Vineyard Sustainable Energy Committee’s nonbinding goal to transform the Island’s energy use to all-electric and renewably sourced by 2040;

• The Vineyard Conservation Society’s non-binding article asking Island businesses to stop using polystyrene;

• The town’s proposal to form a committee that will by May 2021 develop an action plan and bylaw to manage plastic reduction and mitigation.

Tisbury’s annual town meeting takes place March 31 in the school gym and the town election is April 14.
