The Chappy Community Center will host a Christmas Eve supper on Tuesday, Dec. 24 from 6 to 8 p.m. On the CCC website is a link to a list of holiday fare where contributors can record what they will bring to the gathering. All are welcome.

Also on the CCC website you will see the Buy-On-Line button. You can order the 2020 CCC calendar, T-shirts and tote bags just in time for Christmas. You can also make a year-end donation to the center. Sales of the calendar and advertisements are a major source of income to meet CCC operating expenses.

On Christmas morning, the Chappy ferry operates on the hour. The schedule for the afternoon and night is normal. More specifically, the ferry will run for anyone who is in line at 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 a.m. then shut down. Beginning at noon the ferry will resume the winter schedule continuous operation.
